"Building Futures: Expanding Youth Apprenticeship in the Skilled Trades" is a two-part webinar series from PAYA and CareerWise which will bring together practitioners from around the country to share strategies, bust myths, and strengthen pathways into the skilled trades through youth apprenticeship.

Across the country, employers and education systems recognize the urgent need to build stronger pathways into the skilled trades — not just for construction, but across a wide range of in-demand fields. Yet states and localities differ in how they connect high school students to these careers, particularly where union and non-union dynamics, policy conditions, and employer perceptions shape what's possible.

In Part One of this webinar series, "From Classroom to Job Site: Linking Youth to Trade Careers", we will help participants understand how apprenticeship intermediaries and education systems are connecting high school students to construction and skilled trades careers with attention to local context and state-level economic development priorities.
