[Update: it appears the dealer needs to receive an ABS hex file from KTM central, which they can do by contacting central office. Once this is done, the upgrade should he smooth saling. If the dealer is giving you trouble, its likely they dont have the tools to get the job done, or they simply are pretending its impossible in order to get you to buy a newer model. In any of those cases, just find another dealer whos will to do this.]

Greetings Adventurers, in today’s video I recapture the entire process of upgrading my 2021 KTM 390 Adventure ECU and TFT. This upgrade will give you the ride modes only available to 2022 factory models and above. If you are interested in upgrading your 2021 or 2020 390, it's not quite as straight forward for many people and in this video I show you why that may be the case and how to overcome it.
