Описание к видео Concurrent Design Patterns with Kotlin - Alexey Soshin at Kotlin Day 2019

This presentation by Alexey Soshin is from the first Kotlin Day London in association with the Kotlin/Everywhere series of events. Kotlin Day is brought to you by the teams of FunctionalHub and 47 Degrees.

Concurrent Design Patterns with Kotlin

Most of the developers are familiar with the classical design patterns: Singleton, Strategy, State, and others. But there are design patterns beyond what was described in the Gang of Four book. Among them, an entire family of concurrent design patterns, which you probably use without awareness of what they actually are. In this talk, we'll cover some of them, such as Deferred Value, Actor, Fan-In and Fan-Out, and also try to visualize them.

About Alexey:

Alexey is a Staff Engineer at Deliveroo and the author of "Hands-On Design Patterns with Kotlin."
