it's Balio and Sunders brothers and/or Sisters. Remarkably this battle is actually a toughie if you aren't prepared. They all enjoy raising their magic defenses and then unleash their property based attacks on my tiamat dragon form, which all do little damage but consumes time.

I unleash Doom breath on them and do some damage. This is the only battle I use defense formation on.

Eventually I lose my patience and use Kaiser breath on them.
