Developing futures capabilities within agencies allows public service to move beyond the traditional policy silos and realise how multiple developments can intersect and interact in many unexpected ways. The second episode of the Futures Forward Webinar Series titled “Developing Futures Capabilities in Public Service” was aired on 28 April 2021.

Moderated by Cheryl Chung, Programme Director for Executive Education Singapore Futures at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, the session aims to explore comparative perspective on how futures capabilities can be developed within public sector organisations to achieve greater anticipatory capacity in coping with uncertainties.
