Aviation training management company AIRDAT wanted to spread a positive message about the industry coming back stronger after the Coronavirus pandemic.

Keeping in mind the slogan ‘Come Back Better’ wanted to create a memorable advert for them that would stand the test of time. We started the Pre Production stage of making a video which included writing a script and designing a storyboard that would be a light hearted take on the aviation industry.

After AIRDAT signed off the idea we got to work on the Production stage of the process with filming the actors throw their paper planes into the air. We filmed over three days in Ashford, Tenterden and the White Cliffs of Dover. Our drone was used to film the epic ending shot over the cliffs on a beautiful summer’s day.

Once we completed the filming, we moved onto the Post Production stage where we edited our captured footage using Adobe Premiere Pro editing software. And of course, the cherry on the cake, we animated the flying paper planes over the drone cliff shot completing the video.
