TL note: so the word she actually says here is: "玉ひゅん" or "タマヒュン" (tamahyun). This is a slang term for that feeling you get when you're scared or look down from a high place, and you feel your testicles go back up (tama lit. means ball), apparently women have been using it lately as well, but chat still had a field day with that one.
"Vertigo" seemed like a good way to put it though.
