BUBBLE OR BALLOON SKIRT | 1/4 & FULL CIRCLE SKIRTS COMBINATION | PATTERN MAMING | LA MODÉLISTE

Hi guys! This new tutorial about Bubble or Balloon skirt.

This tutorial is by far the shortest and the easiest one I have in my roster...
This tutorial is based on 2 different Circle Skirts. The 1/4 Circle Skirt which I used as the LINING and the Full Circle Skirt as the Self or the BASE

The Base is longer than the Lining by 5-6 inches, since the full circle skirt hem is wider and longer than the Lining when sewn together it will give your project a bubble or balloon hem.

Ex.: 6 in X 2.54cm = 15.24 cm.
