This cone crusher working principle is as follows:
Step 1
The motor drives the pinion, gear, and eccentric sleeve, causing the main shaft to move in a continuous circular oscillation.
Step 2
Raw material enters the crushing chamber, where it is repeatedly compressed between the moving cone and the fixed concave until it exits through the discharge port.
Step 3
A hydraulic cylinder adjusts the gap between the cone and the concave to control product size, while also providing overload protection and automatic blockage removal.
