Want to know how to change your body fat set point? Is it even possible? The body fat set point theory says your body will defend a certain range of weight (actually body fat, weight and fat aren't always the same.)

When your body fat drops below this range your body alters things like your hormones and metabolism making it easy to regain the weight you lost (often rapidly.)

It does this by dropping your metabolic rate, making you feel more hungry, tired, agitated, etc. So what can you do to fight this? I explain what happens to the body and what you need to do to finally STOP gaining the weight back after losing it.
