Here's a semi-recent visit to Stubborn Seed, Miami! We were here this past summer, however, just recently getting the opportunity to post this!

Chef Jeremy Ford recently received a 1 star Michelin, and we've very excited about it! The ambiance and atmosphere is fun, lively and brings an elegant Miami-vibe, while still being quite humble and approachable.

As for the food, it's simple and delicious! We'd describe it as 'elevated comfort food' with beautiful and perfectly executed cooking techniques. The portions are big and hearty and we left feeling completely satisfied.

To us, Stubborn Seed is unique in that it's not what you'd typically expect for a 1 star Michelin, but the flavors and execution were all on-point and we're very happy it received it's star.

We've eating our way through a good portion of Miami, and this is one of our favourite spots!
