5.0 Resto Cylinder Head Smog Threaded Inserts

Ensure the installation of accessory brackets to your 1979-1995 Mustang 5.0/5.8 engine goes smoothly with this 5.0 Resto cylinder head smog threaded insert kit! These inserts are used in factory cylinder heads to reduce the thread size so that front accessories can be bolted to the cylinder head. When installing aftermarket cylinder heads, the ports are usually open and require these threaded inserts as well. The outer thread on these inserts measures 5/8"x11, while the internal thread measures 7/16"x14. 5.0 Resto manufactures these inserts in durable steel material for quality that's built to last.

Installation Note
These inserts are not side specific and will fit both LH and RH sides.
