Pistachio Banana bread
Ingredients
✨100 g of melted butter
✨ 25g olive oil
✨ 4 small ripe bananas (about 250g)
✨30g cane sugar
✨ 85g light soft brown sugar
✨ 1 large egg
✨1 tbsp vanilla
✨165g plain flour
✨50g ground pistachios
✨1.5 tsp cinnamon
✨1 tsp baking powder
✨120g chopped salted pistachios
✨handful of chocolate chips for garnish

Preheat oven 330°F. In a bowl smash the bananas then add egg, vanilla, olive oil, melted butter, brown sugar and cane sugar. Mix well then in a separate bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, pistachios and mix well. Combine both mixtures then add to your baking bread pan then top with chocolate chips. Bake for 50-60 min.

Baking time for small air fryer over: bake at 330°F for 40-45 min. Rotate half way through.

I know everything is in grams intead of cups but trust me, get yourseld a little kitchen scale and start measuring like this, it's sooooo much easier!! This has given me the confidence to bake more and also has given me much better results :D.
