honey for sweetness
Ginger Garlic paste
ginger 1 inch

cut vegetables like cucumber, carrots, beetroots, cabbage, onion, Tomato,

ginger Garlic coriander paste 1tsp
red Chilli powder 1tsp

arrange vegetables, Ragda, dahi, chutney together in bowl and serve fresh
garnish with Black sesame seeds, Chilli Flakes, anardana

arrange all vegetables , cooked peanuts . garnish with dahi, chutneys, together in bowl
garnish with fresh coriander, Black sessame seeds, Chilli Flakes
4 weightloss salad Recipe- paneer salad recipe
125 gram panner
turmeric 1/2 tsp
simla mirch 1
red Chilli powder 1/2tsp
coriander powder 1tsp
kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
salt as per Taste
saute paneer and simla using 1 tsp of oil in pan and cool down
mix vegetables with curd , pomegranate seeds in bowl and serve with saute panner and simla
5 weightloss salad recipe - makhana chaat salad recipe
lotus seeds / makhana 1/2 cup
in pan add 1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Red Chilli powder 1tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
garam Masala 1/4 tsp
coriander powder 1tsp
Salt as per Taste
saute makhana with Masala in pan
in bowl mix vegetable with Masala makhana, add curd green chutney, turmind chutney, cooked peanuts , pomegranate seeds
6 weightloss salad recipe- oats chaat salad recipe
oats 1/2 cup
oil 1 tsp
red Chilli powder 1tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
fresh coriander
mix vegetable with oats with all chutneys and dahi, garnish with pomegranate seeds,
