Sunncamp Inflatable Caravan Porch Awning FAULT

We purchased a Dash 260 Sunncamp Inflatable Caravan Porch Awning in August 2017 and have used it a handful of times.
In September 2018 just after a year of purchase on Holiday for two weeks in Cornwall, and on one windy night the awning failed and had to be taken down.
We looked close and spotted a design flaw with the stitching on one of the seams, near a ladder on one of the front zip areas.
The stitching has con un-stitched and this has then caused a tear along the bottom mud flap/gutter.
We have emailed Sunncamp and allowed 3 weeks for a reply but have heard nothing back from them.
So please do take this design flaw into consideration if you are going to make a purchase.
