"Kadotus & Autuus," album by Mavo, 2024. The album consists of two EPs: "Noitarituaali" - initially released on Arrhytnia Records https://arrhythniarecords.bandcamp.com/ - and "Void Alleys."

The tracks "The Black Machine" (from "North East") and "Jumalat Eivät Teitä Kuule" & "Tribes" (from "Gisun") are both alternative versions of their 2021 originals. "Autuus" is a previously unreleased track. The very last track, with the title borrowed from somewhat of a classic Neofolk song, is a dark ambient tribute to the Hong Kong protest anthem ("Glory to Hong Kong" / 願榮光歸香港) that was recently banned.

"Kadotus & Autuus" ("Perdition & Bliss") is a compilation of soundscapes that traverse back and forth across the lines of ambient and noise. Seemingly abstract album ponders identity and nostalgia in urban worlds, in the void alleys and the abandoned outskirts, lamenting history as local mythology.
