I have created this most amazing lasagne recipe which my friends and family love.

It brings together all those flavours that you would love in a good pasta dish ~ homemade delicious meat sauce, white cheesy sauce and lasagne noodles bring out the best flavour!

Main Ingredients:
Lasagne sheets
Bolognese sauce
Ketchup
1 thinly sliced carrot
3 cloves of crushed garlic
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
500g beef minced

Ingredients for white sauce:
70g butter
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp plain flour
70g mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix
