For this strategy try to hit both Godskins with one pot for optimal sleep application but if you have spare pots its fine to use one on each.

Use a high dps weapon [hook claws have built in bleed and use a whetblade/frost ash for frost infusion] and you should be able to frost + bleed before the godskin wakes up. Then throw another pot during the phase transition and repeat but be carful it might attack before phasing.

After the first two use the Rotten Breath incantation from far away to inflict scarlet rot.
