In todays episode,
I put together this session with quality over quantity in mind. At the beginning of the session, I put Armando and Jake through some Hand-Eye coordination activation drills. This allowed them to get familiar with close range shots. I feel that the build up with small activation drills was key to ensure that we could maximize the session to its fullest potential!
