Best features of the Weber Pulse Electric BBQs

This BBQ is ideal for anyone living where there is a restriction on having live fire; such as apartments with balconies or communal areas.
The Pulse 1000 justhas the one element so is ideal for cooking standard BBQ fare for a couple. The Pulse 2000 has 2 elements, independently controlled so this can take your barbecuing to a whole new level as you can have one area of direct heat and one indirect; which means that you can sear over the direct then move to the indirect to finish cooking to the required core temperature. As this has a larger grill area it can cook for a much larger party; up to 8 people depending on the type of fare being served.
