Folding cabin "Brette 20" was delivered and installed in December 2019.

It took us 8 weeks to manufacture and deliver our first house to the Baltic seashore.

Cabins by Brette Haus could be installed on a site under 3 hours including connection to the mains.

This type of transforming house is the perfect solution for tourism and festival accommodation.

Designed for comfortable and affordable living, it could be installed without permanent foundations by placing on any leveled ground. Brette Haus uses CLT(cross-laminated timber) to decrease the impact of manufacturing on the environment. Thus, we manufacture low-emission houses.

Our project is based exclusively on principals of environmental sustainability, comfortable living, and multiple foldings. We use only solid wood for floors walls and ceiling. All sanitary and electrical engineering are already prefabricated. Up to 100 sq.m of ready-to-use space could be placed at one 12 meter platform and it meets the road regulations of the European Union.
