Touring Lake Las Vegas

Lake Las Vegas is a 3500 acre masterplanned community with a 320 acre lake! So if you are moving from somewhere near an ocean or lake and would like to be close to a body of water, lake Las Vegas is a great option! Lake Las Vegas is located in far east Henderson. It’s about as far out as you can go. So you are about 35-40 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and the airport. Our tour will consist of The Village at lake Las Vegas, which has great restaurants, shops and water sports activities available. I’ll also show you a cool little coffee shop and a great restaurant in the area along with three different homes at different price points. Lake Las Vegas is on the pricier side. There are a lot of luxury homes in lake Las Vegas. There is also a community master plan fee for every house hold of $153 dollars a month. This maintains all of the amazing amenities lake Las Vegas has to offer. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly neighborhood away from the chaos of Las Vegas this is a great option!! If you need to be close to the action o wouldn’t recommend lake Las Vegas.
