So this video was shot before Navratras. I had visited this place since the owner is a friend and he assured that they are trying elevate the Indian flavors by infusing secret ingredients. I reached and met the staff and they looked pretty happy and confident. Mostly everything was being prepared live and fresh. I ordered for Mutton Seekh, Chicken Maqbush, Charsi Chicken, Mutton Gilawati, Chicken Gilawati Etc. Pricing is on the reasonable side as per the quality being served. The chef has a great experience for working at 5 Star hotels and otherwise. I admired the passion of the owner who is young yet handling his job pretty maturely.
