Maida – 250 gms/2cups
Salt – ½ tsp
Ghee – 75 gms/5tbsp
Oil – 75 gms/5tbsp
Water – as required
Oil – for frying

For Filling
Oil – 4tbsp
Heeng (asafoetida) – ½ tsp
Ginger chopped – 1tsp
Green chilli chopped – 1tsp
Cumin – 1tsp
Fennel Seeds (Saunf) – 1tsp
Onion chopped – 1½ cups
Black salt – ¼ tsp
Pepper powder – a pinch
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Pudina chutney – 1cup
