Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris led Republican Donald Trump by a marginal three percentage points. According to the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll, 46% of voters backed Harris compared to 43% who said they would vote for Trump. According to the survey, respondents rated the economy as the top issue facing the country.
