Here's a video showing you how to set up your "cash/other" payment options and instructions.

You'll find the set up under your business settings-payment methods. Toggle "cash/other" on and click on the cash/other section to edit your options and instructions.

Notes-
Customers choosing "cash/other" to pay their quote, will have to get the new order invoice link from their email to access the payment instructions.
All "cash/other" payments are taken outside the MCB platform and need to be manually "marked as paid" by the baker under the order.
The customer has a "confirm payment receipt" button when they choose "cash/other" payments. Once confirming the payment, the baker will manually mark it as paid on the quote/order. Sometimes the customer will click this button before paying (or maybe thinking it'll take them to the outside merchant app to pay) and you (the baker) will received an email to confirm their payment was received. If no payment is located, I usually send a chat to the customer to remind of them of how to pay (they may not have read the instructions completely).
