Still having trouble growing those biceps? This video will help you get them bigger and also answer a few questions I've been getting.

A few of these you might of seen and a few you haven't but it's a typical bicep workout for me so I just went with what felt best today. After the first compound set I knew it was going to be a good one. Let me know what you think and if you have any weird variations like the one I showed for the long head that shouldn't workout as good as they do.
