Yugioh Synchron Extreme Structure Deck Challenge

Suppose you attended a YCS, an ARG event, or a Regional, and when you got their you realized you forgot your deck at home. You don't have enough money to build a new deck by buying single cards so you go to the local vendor at the event and buy three copies of the newest structure deck, in this case, the Synchron Extreme Structure Deck.

Now you had to make a new Yugioh deck but the only cards you have at your disposal to do so is the card pull from the three copies of the structure deck; what kind of deck can one build? In this scenario, this is the deck I would come up with.
