Final Fantasy XVI - RTX 3060 Laptop - All Settings Tested

By default cutscenes are locked to 30fps. But I have unlocked the fps using the mod linked below

As for FSR3 & FG I strongly recommend NOT using it unless you have no choice. In many scenarios enabling FSR3 caused shimmering while enabling FG literally made the game to run in cinematic slow-mo.
