He has 29 years' experience in diverse industries including F&B, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Real Estate, Retail, Textiles, and Education. Before joining RJ Corp, he worked with Aditya Birla Group; DCM Shriram; and Unitech. He currently heads Group-IT & Cyber-Security for the $2 billion, 20,000+ strong RJ Corp, driving growth in India, Asia, and Africa.

He has leveraged IT to deliver business transformation, process re-engineering, open-source initiatives, systems consulting, and much more. He is a multi faceted personality who contributes to academics, is an office bearer of CIO Association, is active in serving communities in Uttarakhand, and is active in arts and culture as a theatre performer. He is a marathoner too promoting fitness. I am sure to have missed some more.

His Biggest leadership philosophy is – There is no stress if you love what you do. And he loves the many things he does. And he will share the secret architecture of work – life – people empowerment that enables him to live a maximum life.

He is known as an intrapreneur who unhesitatingly addresses current and future issues with his sold grounding in business operations, while proactively addressing the change management challenges.
