Does time go faster at a higher elevation?

To answer the question, let’s discuss Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity.
Einstein's general theory of relativity introduces the concept of time and space. And that time is relative. which means that time is different depending on how strong your gravity is or how fast you're going.

So if you're going to live in a very high elevation for a long time, you're going to be a little bit of little bit older compared to the people living below.

If you are as fast as the flash that's running faster than the speed of light. Then you would age faster compared to normal human beings.

Now, this gravitational time dilation occurs because objects with a lot of mass, like our planet Earth, creates a strong gravitational field.

The gravitational field is a curving of space and time. The stronger the gravity, the more space-time curves.
So if you're in space or in a very high elevation then you would have less gravity experienced!
