Proof your parents KNOW they're abusing you

Are they unconscious of the pain they inflict? I find it difficult to know and understand what exactly goes on inside their head.
Last week, I put a question sticker on my Instagram asking my community to share examples of when their parents blatantly told them they KNEW they were abusing them. People shared lots of examples.
I thought it was worth a YouTube video.
I categorised what they said into 4 categories:
They’re AWARE OF THE IMPACT their ABUSE HAS ON YOU
They KNOW their BEHAVIOUR IS UNACCEPTABLE
THEY ENJOY INFLICTING THE PAIN
A DISTINCT LACK OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You may have some fogginess and curiosity around this particular aspect of scapegoat child abuse.
