What's known:
It was initially going to be called: Sly Cooper 4: Time Bandits
It was going to be a PS Vita launch title.
The presentation creation date is December 10, 2008 and was last edited on October 13, 2009.
This version of Sly 4 had more of a focus on social aspects alongside a single player game.
They initially planned to master the game in August 2011.
The prototype featured in this is extremely early and looks almost completely different than the
final game.

Cut Content:
Murray had a monster truck mini game.
Co-Op multiplayer mission DLC.
A mode where you can create and upgrade your own hazard room and other players can invade it or you can invade theirs.
QR Codes that can be scanned for in-game items.
Descriptions and concept art of two cut episodes. One in Transylvania and one in a swamp area.
