Paneer Butter Masala in Pressure Cooker | Paneer Butter Masala | पनीर बटर मसाला लबाबदार | Paneer Recipes | Restaurant stye Paneer Makhani

Normally it takes long to make this restaurant style Paneer Butter Masala; but with the help of pressure cooker you can make this in 15 minutes.

Ingredients:-
2 medium size cut Onion
5-6 cut Tomatoes
3-4 Garlic Cloves
2 Dried Red Chillies
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 cup Cashews
1 tbs Melon Seeds
Salt as per taste
2 tsp + 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Oil
1 tbs Butter
2 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala (alternatively Kitchen King masala can be used)
Kasuri Methi
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Sugar (alternatively honey can be used)
Salt as per taste
350 gm Paneer, cut into cubes
2-3 Slit Green Chilli & chopped Coriander
2 spoon Fresh Cream (optional)

Method:-
In a pressure cooker, take 2 medium size cut Onion
Add 5-6 cut Tomatoes
Add 3-4 Garlic Cloves
Add 2 Dried Red Chillies
Add 1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Add 1/4 cup Cashews
Add 1 tbs Melon Seeds
Add Salt as per taste
Add 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Add 1/2 cup Water
Pressure cook up to 2 whistles and let the mixture cool down
Further churn it smooth in mixie and keep aside
Heat 2 tsp Oil in a pan
Add 1 tbs Butter
Add 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Add 2 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
Add 1 tsp Garam Masala
Add a little Kasuri Methi and fry it well
Add gravy into it and mix it
Add 1/4 cup Milk if the gravy is too thick
Add 1 tsp Sugar
Add Salt as per taste
Cover the lid and cook for 5 min on medium to high heat
Further add 350 gm Paneer cut into cubes
Cook for another 2-3 min
Add slit Green Chilli & chopped Coriander in the end
Turn off the heat and add 2 spoon Fresh Cream
Take it in a serving bowl
Enjoy Scrumptious Paneer Butter Masala with Roti, Naan or Paratha
