Editing Journey:

Likewise whenever I make content for a franchise that did well in the past I make sure to do 2 versions. I did not realize coming in that I would have a blast editing this trailer. Its definitely better than the previews versions, mainly the sound mixing was phenomenal. We begin with dealing Gwen Stacy's "return" with clip from batinthesun. Here I edited the phone call sound from TASM2 to make Harry break the news to Peter that "She (Gwen) is alive" (line from ABSENTIA. Then to show a flashback of Harry seeing her, I made it set around Ravencroft Institute because that is the last time we saw him. (implying that he is free now) Then I edited a cosplay clip of Gwen on the roof to make Harry see her. "I saw her with my own eyes" voice over I made to add to the storyline.

"You look familiar" line is from LA LA LAND, I made this scene to give Peter and Gwen a moment, with Peter pretending he doesn't know her (Gwen clips from VOGUE). "She was my Gwen" line I edited from SPNWH instead of "She was my MJ", to make Peter talk to Gwen from another universe.
The music choice was on purpose, because THE 355 trailer music had that girly action vibe that I was looking for. I made the "bad guy" unclear because I wanted this to be focused on Peter Parker getting the symbiote and going in the dark path like he described in SPNWH. I had some fun in the end with Gwen and Spidey talking about playing truth or dare. The audio is from BIRDMAN, Gwen is from fan film and the clip of Spidey is from Batinthesun. Overall this is currently my favorite Spider-Gwen trailer I have edited, I was surprised myself how it turn out!
