I had removed the fuel lines on my Nova awhile back and it took forever to figure out how they go back under the car.

5/16th fuel line
The bolts that mount lines to frame are 5/16 x 18

The fuel tank ground is on the passenger side nearbwhere the fuel tank strap mounts to the bracket. Its a very small bolt. Use sand paper to clean this for a solid contact.
