20240906 Abukuma East then West via Takakonuma

Started out as a relaxed ride along the west bank of the Abukuma River, over to the east side, around Takakonuma Pond then onto the east bank.

As I was riding up the embankment to the east bank cycle path I distracted myself fiddling with my phone map and found myself practicing my ninja rolls down the grassy slope.

As I got nearer to home I hit a layer of mud covering the tarmac track that was deeper than expected and the front wheel headed one way while I face planted the other way, thankfully again into grass, but it was all over before I could reprise my ninja roll...

I think I managed to edit out the cursing and I'm hoping that's all the crashes for this year!!
