Rovia is a 3D Interactive AI Virtual Assistant developed in Unreal Engine 5 using MetaHuman technology and real-time voice-based AI interaction.

In this demo video, Rovia listens to user speech through a microphone, processes the input using an AI conversation system, and responds with natural voice output, accurate lip synchronization, facial expressions, and body gestures — all rendered in real time inside Unreal Engine.

This project focuses on creating a more human-like AI interface, where users interact with a virtual character instead of text-based chat or static UI elements. The goal is to explore how AI, 3D characters, and immersive environments can be combined to improve human–computer interaction.

Project Background

This project was developed during an internship at Inker Robotics as part of hands-on work in AI-driven interactive systems and virtual human development. The entire setup, integration, and final desktop application packaging were handled within Unreal Engine.

This video is a technical demonstration, not a scripted animation. All interactions shown are generated dynamically in real time.
