To define "great", let's use the business operation metric, gross profit margins, as our yardstick.

The business geography or location affects the gross profit margins drastically because the latest data centre REIT in Singapore, NTT DC REIT, has proven this point.

Does it mean that you cannot own a data centre REITs that does business in US?
