This fight is... interesting in LUFENIA. To start, the only new things to really watch out for from the Fused Elemental are the double Eagle's Talon fakeout and the new Phreatic Bomb projectile that it follows up some abilities with.

For the un-fused Core, Lahmu and Lahamu, on top of their regular immunity to backstab critical hits, also regenerate their HP incredibly quickly in this version of the encounter; burst damage is very important, so this fight ends up being one of the best to use Dimension Bringer on!

The fight's DM, *Dance of Death*, is also upgraded with massive, arena-spanning lasers that move clockwise in concert with the two elementals; start this attack with Jack slightly counter-clockwise from Lahamu's position for relatively easy soul shielding. After Dance of Death concludes, Lahmu and Lahamu are almost always going to be on the field rather than alternating on-and-off as at the beginning of the fight, so try and finish the phase quickly at this point!

For their attack patterns, watch out for both of the mini-bosses' new mix-ups in melee range.
Lahmu will sometimes do a second cast of Pyrotechnics if you're close enough during the first round, and he will follow up his targeted dash (the one that leaves a flame trail behind) with a new Solar Prominence projectile if you're far enough away as he finishes it.
Lahamu can cancel the end lag on some of her abilities, evade to the side, then cast another ability; watch out for her doing her Jeering Mire grab twice.
