Die marktüblichen Modell-Hydraulikventile haben Vorteile, aber auch Nachteile. Die Nachteile haben mich dazu bewegt, ein völlig neuartiges Konstruktionskonzept zu entwickeln, welches die Vorteile der üblichen Konstruktionen in sich vereint. In Verbindung mit hochwertigstem Material ergibt sich ein Ventil der Superlative:

- Die Micro Hydraulik Ventile sind modular aufgebaut und können in beliebiger Anzahl aneinander gereiht und auch später ergänzt werden. Dieser Prototyp ist ein 4-fach Ventil.
- Es kommen ausschließlich feinste Werkzeugstähle mit besonders hoher Verschleißbeständigkeit zum Einsatz.
- Eine Ventileinheit ist nur 12mm breit.
- Jede Ventileinheit hat 4 Anschlüsse, dass heißt, es können bis zu 2 Hydraulikzylinder direkt angeschlossen werden. Keine Y-Verbinder notwendig.
- Der Ventildrehschieber ist zu 100% lastfrei, das heißt, die notwendige Servoleistung ist bei 10bar, wie bei 40bar identisch.
- Die dynamische Dichtung des Ventildrehschiebers ist auf der drucklosen Seite. Somit werden Undichtigkeiten verhindert. Die Dichtungsreibung ist druckunabhängig, Servoleistung konstant über den Druck.
- Bohrungsdurchmesser ist im gesamten Ventil durchgängig 2,5mm, durch diesen effektiven Querschnitt sind hohe Volumenströme bei geringen Strömungsverlusten möglich.
- Ventil schließt auch ohne Pumpendruck zuverlässig. Ventildichtigkeit ist unabhängig vom Pumpendruck. Das heißt, die Schaufel bleibt lange oben, auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand.
- Alle Anschlüsse sind M5.
- Das Ventil setzt feinfühlige Ansteuerung kompromisslos in feinfühlige Bewegung um.
- Das Ventil setzt schnelle Ansteuerung in schnelle Bewegung um. Schaufelklappern ist gewährleistet.

The commercially available model-hydraulic valves have advantages, but also disadvantages. The disadvantages have prompted me to develop a completely new design concept, which combines the advantages of the different conventional designs in itself. In conjunction with highest quality material a valve of superlatives is ensured.

- The mirco hydraulic valves are build modular. They can be stringed together in any number and can be added later. As an example, a 4-way valve is shown.
- Only the finest tool-steel with extremely high wear resistance is used.
- A valve unit is only 12mm wide.
- All servos with 12mm width and a servo horn of diameter 6mm and 25 teeth can be used.
- A valve unit has 4 ports. Up to 2 hydraulic cylinders can be connectied directly. No Y-connector is necessary
- The valve spool is 100% free of load. Therefore the necessary servopower is the same for 10bar or even 40bar.
- The dynamic seal of the valve spool is at the pressure-less side. This avoids leakage. And the friction of the sealing is independent of the pressure.
- The bore diameter is consistently 2.5mm. High flow rates with low friction is possible.
- Valve closes reliably even without pump pressure. Valve tightness is independent of pump pressure. That means, the bucket will be hold for a long time.
- All ports are M5
- A sensitive activation of the valve follows a sensitive movement
- A rapid activation of the valve follows a rapid movement. Bucket rattling is guaranteed.
