Custard Apple Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 250 ml fresh cream
• 3/4 cup custard apple pulp
• Condensed milk / sugar 1/4 cup ( depending on ur custard apple sweetnesses)
• 1/4 Cup Milk Powder
• 1 tsp vanilla essence(or vanilla extract)
Process:
• In a blender, combine custard apple pulp, fresh cream, Condensed milk, milk powder, vanilla extract.
• Blend until you achieve a smooth creamy mixture.
• pour into and airtight container.
• Pour a small amount of custard apple pulp (optional) and mix all together . This will create a delightful contrast in texture.
• Cover the container with plastic wrap or parchment paper to ensure no air can pass through.
This helps prevent ice crystals from forming on the surface of the ice cream.
• Place the container in the freezer and allow them to freeze for 6-7 hours, or until the ice cream is completely firm.
• Once the ice cream has set, remove the container from the freezer. To easily release the cool ice cream, Gently pull the ice creams out of the molds.
• Garnish with some pistachios and Serve your homemade custard apple ice cream, and enjoy a refreshing treat!
