Hans im Glück v. Board Gaming

Описание к видео Hans im Glück v. Board Gaming

Welcome back to Board and Savior! Today, we're doing something a little different. A few weeks ago, board game publisher Hans im Glück used their trademark of the term "meeple" to force another, smaller publisher to change their game's name.

That stood out as odd to me, so I did a bit of research. This video is a product of that research. It's kind of like a video essay, kind of like a documentary... I don't normally do stuff like this, so let me know what you think of the format and, most importantly, what you think of this situation.

Is Hans im Glück within their rights? Should they give Alison Hansel a big bundle of money? Are you interested in playing Tabletop Inc? Sound off in the comments!
