Clyde, OH: Monthly test of the sirens in Sandusky County on the first Saturday of the month at Noon. This is the 3t22 on the east side of town with the solenoid problems. The high pitched siren runs for about 2 minutes in alert before tones for the attack signal come through. The attack cycle is a full 3 minutes.

I have been meaning to come to listen to this funky siren for the past two years or so but never have. I did not expect today to be the day as this was not my first choice of a siren in Sandusky County. I had origionally planned on recording the 2001-130 in the northwest corner of clyde in an industrial park, but I noticed that it has not rotated since the last time I saw it, three months ago. Sure enough when I visited the 130 after the test it was still pointing south-southwest. I am glad to finally hear this 3t22. Enjoy!
