How to replace your frame pivot bearings with Transition Bikes. As always, support your local bike shop and only attempt a frame bearing replacement if you are an experienced mechanic with proper training, tools, and safety equipment. This video is applicable to all newer Transition bikes with trunnion mounts. Tools:
4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 2x 8mm Allens. Hammer and Punch. Bearing Press or Clamp (optional). Snap Ring Pliers. Vice. Various Sockets and PVC couplings. Slide Hammer. Torque wrench. Dental Pick (optional). Shop rag, grease, and 242 LocTite.

6903 x 2, 6902 x 2, 6802 x 4, 6900 x 2, 3802 x 2
