Today we completely renovate a run down home for B. Nelson. They want a shop in their garage where they can sell over priced building items! This fun custom job was created by pbox.

Hello! I’m so excited! I bought a house!

It is small and not in the best shape, and there’s a mountain of trash in the yard, but I’m sure you can turn it into something much nicer. I already made a long shopping list for all the new furniture, and brought a few boxes with personal items for you to unpack. We’re not going to change the floorplan, I like it as it is — just clean up everything, give it a fresh coat of paint and re-do all the floors.

In the trash pile behind the house I’ve seen two nice pieces of furniture that I want to keep, so please put them somewhere in the house where you think they will fit. And please remove all the ugly concrete in the yard, I hate that! Green lawn is so much nicer.

In the garage I want to open up a little store and sell overpriced building supplies to people like you — for that I need a storage room, can you do that? I’ve ordered a bunch of supplies already, please put them in the shelves.

I can’t wait to move in! I’m so excited! I bought a house!
