Today on this episode of ‘Second Innings with Manjot Kalra’, we welcome Siddharth Kaul as our special guest.

Siddharth Kaul is a renowned bowler who began playing under the influence of his father, Tej and brother, Uday Kaul who is also a legendary first class cricketer. His first major international tournament was the 2008 Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia. He belongs to the most successful batch of Under-19 players, out of which more than half have played for Team India.

He shares his experience of winning the World Cup and the celebratory moments. He also played for Delhi Daredevils in the 2013 IPL and later for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2016 IPL. He also shares his views on some renowned and successful cricketers, like Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill, and his experience playing with them.

Who is Manjot Kalra?

Manjot Kalra is a left-handed opening batsman from Delhi who played for India U19 in 2018. He was a major contributor in India winning the U19 World Cup against Australia because he scored an unbeaten 101* in the final. He has been a part of IPL as well since he was picked by Delhi Daredevils in 2018 and later retained by them in 2019.

His cricket career has been marked by significant achievements, including his match-winning performances in crucial games and his contributions to various teams at both the domestic and international levels.
