Kilmat Sound Deadening | Ram ProMaster Van Build Series 5 | Van Life | Solo Female Traveler

In this video I share how I installed Kilmat sound deadening to the interior of my van to help prevent noises from entering and leaving my van.

EDIT: For my insulation, I decided to use 3M Thinsulate. The main purpose of Thinsulate is to sound deaden vehicles (same purpose as Kilmat). Therefore, if I were to do this over again and use 3M Thinsulate for my insualtion, I may skip sound deadening all together which would save me money, time and remove unnecessary weight in my van. Do with this information what you will :)
