The BEST "Khao Man Gai" ข้าวมันไก่สูตรง่าย (Hainanese Chicken Rice) | Chiang Mai, Thailand

Khao Man Gai, otherwise known as Hainanese Chicken Rice, is a Thai take on a popular Singaporean and Malaysian dish. It’s a dish made up of 4 components; the chicken, the rice, the broth, and the sauce. It’s such a simple dish, but if made correctly, it’s the one of the most unforgettable meals.
We were always on the prowl for the best Khao Man Gai, and thankfully
Ajarn Hanuman Aspler from ThaiFoodMaster was able to direct me to his go-to spot, which was soon to be our favorite! They are relatively new and are not on the map so we have a link to the exact page right here:

We are back in the States and are super excited to show the BentLeey Crew what we have been up to during our trip to Thailand!
We can’t wait to go back to Chiang Mai, Thailand just to have this dish from this specific vendor, but until then we’re going to try and attempt to recreate this dish here in the United States!
