In this video, we begin with an Opamp introduction and core Opamp Basics, exploring how an operational amplifier works through its circuit symbol, working principle, and voltage transfer curve. We compare important parameters like open-loop gain, input and output impedance, bandwidth, slew rate, Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR – Common Mode Rejection Ratio), PSRR (Power Supply Rejection Ratio), input offset voltage, and input bias current. From there, we build intuition for the virtual ground concept of op amp, then move into the non inverting amplifer and inverting amplifier using both ideal and non-ideal op-amp models. We also break down the equivalent circuit of opamp and understand the Frequency Response of Opamps, including how the ideal and non-ideal frequency response, unity-gain frequency, and gain-bandwidth product shape real-world amplifier behavior.
